The Northeastern Lab for Inclusive Entrepreneurship is delighted to welcome four new members to our Advisory Council.
➡ Jeffrey Roy is the Head of Category Management at Northeastern University and serves as a member of the board of the National Association of Educational Procurement.
➡ Daylana Ervin-Parker is Director of Budget and Supplier Diversity at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts where she leads and executes strategies that advance the procurement of products and services from diverse vendors.
Two of our Inclusive Entrepreneur Fellows are also joining the council.
➡ Dr. Gayl Crump Swaby from the 2022 cohort is President of New Generation Consultants & Associates, a company focused on wellness and mental health services.
➡ Adriana Vaccaro from the 2023 cohort is the Founder of Culture Redesigned, which helps business leaders design and implement intentional, effective, and inclusive cultures that drive performance, engagement, and retention.
The Advisory Council provides the Lab’s team with input on programs that are designed to spur the growth of diverse small businesses and their local communities.
