I was so impressed with the level of detail the students gave to my business. They were able to research, ask follow-up questions, and then create a plan that helped to maximize my business profits in a healthcare setting that can be confusing and frustrating. My experience was gratifying, and I plan to continue to work with Northeastern students to implement one of the plans.

I was amazed by the student team's remarkable passion and dedication. They went above and beyond their coursework, taking the initiative to learn some American Sign Language and fully immerse themselves in the project. The experience was overwhelmingly positive, and we plan to continue the collaboration with student teams from Northeastern in the future.

I really enjoyed working with the student team. The standouts for me were the tools to increase traffic to our online ordering platform like the QR codes. As a real-world client, I appreciated when it was evident that my business had been researched and things like operating hours/days and Verbena's voice were worked into the recommendations and design work.

The student team's deliverables exceeded my expectations. They conducted the research extremely well and produced a top-notch report. It was more than we could have asked for. And we want to continue with a part 2.
